Members of the Saskatoon Police Serious Assault Unit (SAU) have concluded their investigation into the shooting last week in the 10 block of Sturby Place.
Through investigation, police have charged a 15-year-old male youth with Aggravated Assault, Discharging a Firearm in a Reckless Manner, Assault with a Weapon and Mischief Under $5000.
He was scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court this past Friday. It’s believed the shooting took place at the southeast corner of Market Mall at Louise Street and McEown Avenue.
The victim was a man who suffered serious but non life threatening injuries.
