The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit has charged 53 year old Tony Resendes of Swift Current with a variety of child porn offences.

RCMP say evidence to support the charges was found after computers and devices were seized during the execution of a search warrant October 17th in Swift Current.

The investigation initially kicked off when ICE began investigation a person downloading and sharing child pornography files through a peer-to-peer network.

Tony Resendes is back in court December 12th to face one charge of Possession of Child Pornography, one charge of Make Available Child Pornography and one charge of Accessing Child Pornography.
