Can the idea of Duron Carter starting at SAM linebacker for the Saskatchewan Roughriders when they host Calgary Saturday.

Appearances from Thursday’s practice suggested that former Baltimore Ravens safety Matt Elam will start at strong-side linebacker for the Green and White in place of the injured Derek Moncrief. Game time Saturday is 7 o’clock at Mosaic Stadium and on T-S-N.
