The collision happened at the intersection or Lorne Avenue and Ruth Street in the Exhibition area around 2:30pm Wednesday.

An email from Saskatoon Police Service just before 4pm stated that a semi hauling a trailer struck the overpass at Ruth and Lorne. City engineers have assessed the damage and cleared the scene. It appears damage to the overpass is minor.

This is the seventh time that an overpass has been hit in Saskatoon this year.
