Chocolate SKOR Apple Dip

Ingredients

For the dip:

• 2 packages (250 g each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

• 1½ cups brown sugar

• 1 cup granulated white sugar

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• ½ bag SKOR toffee bits (approximately 100 g)

For the topping:

• Dark chocolate chips

• Caramel sauce, for drizzling

• Extra SKOR toffee bits

For serving:

– 3–4 Granny Smith apples, washed and sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the cream cheese

Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature. Place both packages into a large mixing bowl.

2. Mix the dip

Add the brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or sturdy spoon, mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the SKOR bits

Stir in half a bag of SKOR toffee bits, folding them evenly throughout the cream cheese mixture.

4. Transfer to a serving dish

Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or decorative bowl.

5. Load up the toppings

Drizzle generously with caramel sauce, sprinkle with dark chocolate chips and finish with an extra handful of SKOR bits.

6. Slice, dip and enjoy!

Slice up some crisp Granny Smith apples and serve them alongside the dip. Scoop up a little of everything with each bite!
