The Mayor of Prince Albert says adding art to transit shelters can be a way of reducing vandalism.

Bill Powalinsky says the City is requesting submissions of Indigenous artwork to be placed on three shelters—-two metal designs and one vinyl wrap shelter back.

Three designs will be selected with each artist receiving a $1,000 honorarium. More information is on the City of Prince Albert website.  The application deadline is Tuesday, September 28th.
