A 41-year-old Saskatoon man is facing ten criminal charges following an investigation into sexual interference at a Saskatoon school earlier this year.
The report was filed May 26th involving a former staff member at a school in the 300 block of Avenue N South. While police did not reveal the school, the address corresponds with the St. Mary’s Wellness and Education Centre.
The offenses are believed to have occurred between September 1, 2025 and May 25, 2026 and involved five victims that were approximately 10 years of age at the time.
The accused has been charged with five counts of sexual assault and an additional five counts of assault. He is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court next Wednesday, September 16th.
Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools says the man was fired shortly after the allegations came to light.
