Saskatoon Community Foundation’s is hosting the Many Voices Together: Impact Trade Show and Film Festival to showcase organizations and people who have helped the community.

The event is the first of its kind in Saskatoon, but several other community foundations have held their own versions of the event already, including Regina, Newfoundland, and Oakville, Ontario.

The showcase will bring 80 organizations and many films to the TCU Place to show off some meaningful changes in the community.

Fred Reibin, Saskatoon Community Foundation’s manager of Marketing and Communications, explained that the event is open to anyone and everyone who would like to attend.

“When we all chip in together, we can do great things, and with the feeling of hope and the inspiration for action, if people walked away with that, we would feel awesome.”

Reibin recommended that people check out two films in particular. The first film is by Saskatoon Community Foundation and is a film about what happened during last year’s kindness week in Saskatoon. The second film is from TeleMiracle for their 50th anniversary and discusses the history and impact of the organizations.

People looking to attend the event can go for completely free on Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm.
