A 17-year-old male youth is facing numerous charges in connection with an incident in the area of 19th Street and Avenue P South.

Officers arrested the youth without incident after receiving a weapons call. A further investigation determined the suspected had allegedly threatened multiple people with bear spraying. Two witnesses heard the disturbance and intervened before the suspect could discharge bear spray.
