There was already a lot of construction along Idylwyld Drive in Saskatoon and now it is further exacerbated by the need to repair the traffic lights at 29th Street and Idylwyld. There was an accident earlier today (friday). The traffic signal lights are out of commission and the intersection is operating as a four way stop. City crews are working on repairing the signal cabinet and restoring the lights but you can expect the signals will remain out of service for the drive home Friday. Idylwyld Drive from 34th to 39th is closed in the southbound lane for resurfacing and all traffic is using northbound lanes. Idylwyld Drive at 44th, the median lanes are closed for overhead sign replacement.
