Saskatchewan’s police watchdog is investigating after a man was injured during a Battlefords RCMP arrest on Mosquito Grizzly Bear’s Head Lean Man First Nation.
A Saskatchewan RCMP news release says the man was arrested after refusing officers’ requests to exit a vehicle during a traffic stop on October 6.
Police later learned he required further medical treatment, prompting notification of the Saskatchewan Serious Incident Response Team.
