Two people were killed and a third injured following a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 24 near Pelican Lake First Nation.

Spiritwood RCMP and paramedics went to the scene just before 11 o’clock on Sunday morning.

Two people were declared dead at the scene—a 31-year-old man and a a 39-year-old woman from the Pelican Lake First Nation. The third person, who was a passenger, is in hospital with injuries described as “serious-in-nature.”
