The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport is encouraging everyone to explore Saskatchewan and attend one of the many events in communities throughout the province all summer long

Things to attend can range from local museums and historic sites to live performances and science programming and more. Each organization offers opportunities for people of all ages to explore.

Many of the experiences are supported by the Government of Saskatchewan, including feature films, museum exhibits, science education, heritage conservation and community arts programs across the province.

Parks, Culture and Sport Minister Alana Ross said, “Summer is a great time to get out and experience everything Saskatchewan has to offer. These events bring people together, celebrate our diverse communities and give families fun and meaningful ways to connect.”

The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport has provided more than $20 million to support provincial organizations, including $6.879 million for the Saskatchewan Arts Board, $4.286 million for the Western Development Museum and $10 million for Creative Saskatchewan to support film and television.
