A 32-year-old man from Edmonton has been arrested and charged with drug trafficking in Swift Current.

On Tuesday, October 21, response teams from both Saskatchewan and Alberta executed a search warrant at a home in Swift Current in relation to an ongoing investigation.

Officers seized 255 grams of cocaine, a large sum of cash, four mobile phones, brass knuckles, trafficking paraphernalia, and 18 cartons of unstamped cigarettes.

Tristan Humeniuk-Francis was subsequently arrested on Central Avenue North.

He faces four charges and appeared in Swift Current Provincial Court on October 22. The investigation continues.
