Prince Albert has a new Police Chief. Mayor Greg Dionne and the Board of Police Commissioners announced this morning (mon) that Jonathan Bergen has been selected. Bergen has been Acting Chief since July. He is a 20-year member of the Prince Albert Police Service. He will be sworn in during a ceremony in December. Prince Albert’s former Chief, Troy Cooper, left that community to assume the role at the Saskatoon Police Service last February.
