Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week is underway, as of Monday in Saskatchewan.
A SaskEnergy news release says they, along with T-SASK and the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency are reminding residents about the dangers of the invisible gas.
Officials say SaskEnergy responded to more than 17-hundred carbon monoxide-related calls over the past year.
The campaign also highlights new requirements under Henry’s Law, which now mandates carbon monoxide alarms in every suite of multi-unit residential buildings across the province.
