The City of Saskatoon has launched MyProperty, a new online system to help manage utility bills and property notices.
MyProperty will replace My Utility Accounts. The service will offer access to current and historic property tax and assessment notices, as well as utility billing details.
Residents who prefer to continue getting paper notices won’t need to do anything.
Mike Voth is with the City of Saskatoon. He says going forward 10-digit one-time access codes to access MyProperty accounts will be found on the bottom of bills and notices going forward.
“We have the ability now that customer service reps can send an invite straight to the customer where they just click a link and the account will get set up.”
More information can be found at saskatoon.ca/mypropertyinfo, or for help with access codes and logging in people can contact the City at revenue@saskatoon.ca or by phoning 306-975-2400.
