Bourgault Industries and CNH have struck what the two companies call a “strategic alliance”.

Bourgault will manufature co-branded Case IH and New Holland equipment for distribution across CNH’s established dealer networks in Canada, the United States and Australia.

In a news release describing the commercial alliance between the two companies, it states CNH global reach will help make Bourgault seeding technology available to farmers in more markets.

CNH will support its existing product lineup during a transition phase. It will maintain the manufacturing of planters and combine harvest headers at its Saskatoon production facility.

Co-branded Case IH and New Holland seeding equipment manufactured by Bourgault will be introduced with 2028 Model Year products. Orders will start being accepted in February.
