At approximately 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning Saskatoon officers on patrol spotted a Jeep Cherokee that had been reported stolen travelling in the area of 22nd Street and Avenue P.
They attempted a traffic stop but the vehicle fled and a tire deflation device was used – successfully. Despite having two flat tires the suspects travelled north out of the city on Highway 11.
The RCMP assisted and three suspects were taken into custody near Hepburn after they tried to flee on foot.
A 35-year-old woman is facing charges of Dangerous Driving, Evading Police, Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000 and Breach of Court-Imposed Conditions.
A 33-year-old woman is facing a charge of Breach of Court Conditions.
A 48-year-old man is charged with Evading Police, Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000 and Dangerous Driving. He was also found to be unlawfully at large.
