Three people have been arrested following a drug trafficking investigation by the Prince Albert Police Service Crime Reduction Team.
The investigation started in March when CRT members received information regarding a suspect believed to be trafficking cocaine from a home on Valleyview Road.
On April 9, patrol members arrested the primary suspect at the door. Police then entered the home to execute the search warrant where they found and arrested a female and second male.
During the search, officers also located a loaded Glock 48 handgun, 141 grams of cocaine, 1.6 grams of methamphetamine, 11 grams of cannabis concentrate, $910 Canadian currency, three cellular phones, digital scales, a money counter, an additional magazine for a Glock 48 handgun, and assorted ammunition.
Further investigation revealed the firearm had been reported stolen from a business in Alberta in 2020.
Now, 24-year-old Coleton Brown, 31-year-old Cassandra Bear, and 22-year-old Tiem Deng have appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
