Around 7:30 last night, Saskatoon Police were called to St. Paul’s Hospital after an injured man had shown up seeking treatment.
The 18-year-old told officers that around two or three hours earlier he was walking in the 2100 block of 22nd Street West when he was approached by two males that he didn’t know.
And when suspects demanded his bag, but he didn’t immediately hand it over, he was beaten with a baton and what he thought was a BB gun. The suspects eventually fled, with the bag.
The first suspect is described as being between 20 and 30 years old with short black hair. He was not wearing a shirt and is heavily tattooed with the word “gang” on both forearms. He was wearing red Nike Tech pants, white Nike Air Force 1 shoes and a gold chain.
The second suspect is described as also being between 20 and 30 years of age with short black hair. He was wearing a green shirt, black pants, brown hat and black Nike high tops with a gold swoosh. He had “Rose” tattooed on the side of his neck.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
