The Saskatoon Police Service Traffic Unit observed three motorcyclists exceeding the posted speed limit by at least 50 km/hr.
One biker was clocked at 156 km/hr in a 90 km/zone, which resulted in a $977 ticket. The other two incidents occurred in 60 km/hr zones. One biker was travelling at 124 km/hr, netting a $955 ticket. The other biker was monitored at 119 km/hr and that resulted in a $899 ticket.
In addition to the ticket, each driver received a seven-day license suspension and a 30-day motorcycle impound.
