The Saskatoon Fire Department extinguished a truck fire in the parking lot at the Saskatoon Airport yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters arrived at the scene at 2:34 pm, following multiple calls, including some from STARS personnel.
Bystanders had attempted to extinguish the light duty truck with portable extinguishers, but were unable to put the fire out. Fire crews quickly extinguished the truck and prevented the fire from spreading to other vehicles.
Nobody was injured in the fire, and the scene was turned over for police to investigate.
