Hockey spectators urged to arrive at SaskTel Centre early for Blades home opener

Hockey fans are advised to arrive at SaskTel Centre early tonight for the Saskatoon Blades’ home opener against Prince Albert.

The game is expected to gather a large crowd, so SaskTel Centre is encouraging spectators to carpool or use public transit, as parking space is limited.

Other ways to ensure a smooth start to the game include downloading digital tickets to your mobile device before arriving. Traveling light can shave off time when going through security, as well.

The evening starts with an Outdoor Tailgate Party & Red Carpet event at 4:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the puck drops at 7:00 p.m..
