You may have seen the plume of black smoke in the air Wednesday afternoon if you were in or around Saskatoon.

Callers to the CJWW newsroom report that a truck had burst into flames just west of the intersection of 8th Street and McKercher.

Saskatoon Fire says the truck was fully engulfed upon arrival. Crews extinguished the fire and determined that there was no one inside.
