Saskatoon Police have arrested two 30-year-olds following a robbery on the city’s west side.
At 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, police were called to a business in the 300 block of Confederation Drive for a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, officers learned that two people were trying to steal merchandise when they were confronted by a security guard. The pair then assaulted the guard before running away.
Officers located both suspects, a man and a woman, nearby and arrested them without incident.
