Three vehicles collided at the intersection of Ruth Street and St. Patrick Avenue early this morning, and no one was injured.

Just after midnight, officers responded to area to find that the driver of a Chevy Cruz was travelling westbound on Ruth Street when he attempted to turn left and collided with the other vehicles. The driver was administered a roadside test and found to be impaired.

Now, a 20-year-old Debden man is facing charges of Impaired Driving, Exceeding .08 and Failure to Yield.
