The Tennessee Board of Parole just recommended that Jelly Roll receive a full pardon ….
If approved, Jelly would be able to travel internationally for tours.
The singer has been jailed more than 40 times for drug-related charges as well as a stint for robbery when he was 17.
… The final decision on the pardon lies in the hands of Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, who has the authority to grant the pardon, opt for a commutation to clear his record, or deny the appeal.
