Prince Albert Police are in search of a male suspect after responding to what they believe was a case of interpersonal violence.
On Saturday night at 10:20, police were called to a hotel in the area of 13th Street East and 1st Avenue East for a report of an assault.
Arriving officers located a female suffering from injuries consistent with an assault. Paramedics treated her and took her to hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
Through investigation, police learned there had been a physical altercation, and then a male suspect fled on foot.
The investigation continues, and police ask anyone with information to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
