The Saskatoon Police Service is renewing its request for public assistance in solving a homicide dating back to 2007.

In the afternoon hours of July 3, 2007, officers received a call from a citizen reporting to have located a body in a ditch near Central Avenue and Agra Road. Upon arrival, then 44-year-old Paul Theodore Jacobson was located dead. He was later confirmed to be the victim of homicide.

No suspects have been arrested in relation to this investigation, and this historical homicide remains open. Anyone with relevant information to offer is asked to contact police directly or submit a tip anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
