Lolanta children’s hooded flannel bathrobes are being recalled as they do not meet the flammability requirements for children’s sleepwear and pose a risk of injury.
Users are advised to immediately stop using the recalled product, destroy the garment and contact Lolanta for a full refund.
As of January 30, 2024, the company has received no reports of injuries in Canada or the United States.
This recall involves two styles of 100% polyester hooded children’s bathrobes: the dinosaur style in green, rose, red and orange colours; and the shark style in blue, pink, yellow and grey colours. The bathrobes have attached belts and patch pockets. The bathrobes were sold in sizes 2 to 3 years, 3 to 5 years and 6 to 8 years. The size can be found on the sewn-in label inside the left inseam of the bathrobes.
