A 39-year-old Regina man was in court today on several break and enter related charges.

Yesterday at 5:20 p.m., police were dispatched to a storage facility on the 1000 block of John Street in Regina for the report of a robbery in progress.

Officers say information received was that a man was seen breaking in, and that the vehicle parked at the facility matched one seen in a previous break and enter attempt at the same building, in which suspects had fled.

Police arrived and located a Devon Lance Anderson on the roof. The male was arrested without incident for break and enter and possession of break-in tools.
