Several models of bed frames made by Home Design Inc, and sold through Wayfair.ca are being recalled due to reports of them breaking, sagging, or collapsing, which may cause injury.
The company reported that nearly 56,000 of the bed frames were sold in Canada between July 2018 to November 2023. As of January 8, the company has received 22 reports of beds failing and 4 reports of injuries in Canada.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled beds and contact the Home Design, Inc. for free replacement slats and side rails. Consumers can also contact Home Design, Inc. by telephone at 1-833-383-2967, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ET.
