A 31-year-old Regina man is in court Monday in connection to a robbery in the 3100 block of Avonhurst Drive.
On Saturday at 8:35 a.m., police responded to the area for a report of a woman screaming. Upon arrival, police learned that a thirty-seven-year-old woman had been walking down the sidewalk when she was approached by an unknown man.
The unknown male grabbed the woman’s backpack that she was wearing and pulled it to the ground, dragging her with it. Officers say the female victim screamed for help and the suspect walked away. Police located and arrested Jarred Kyle Mosquito who is charged with robbery.
