A fatal collision that occurred on October 27 of last year has been deemed accidental by the Prince Albert Police Service.
The collision was between a vehicle and a pedestrian in the 500 Block of 28th Street East. Sixty-seven-year-old Stewart Fleury is the man who was declared dead at the scene at around 1:30am. Prince Albert Police say the investigation determined that the act was non-criminal, and therefore there will be no charges pressed against the driver.
