The Saskatoon Police Service Interpersonal Violence Section is asking the public for help after a report of an alleged sexual assault.
On the evening of February 16, a 32-year-old woman reported that she had been touched in a sexual manner by two unknown men while she was walking downtown in the area of 23rd Street East and 1st Avenue North.
The two suspects are described as Caucasian males in their twenties. They are over 5’5″ in height with medium builds, and one man is reported to have a deep voice. The first suspect has brown eyes, was wearing a dark blue scarf that covered his face, a black toque, grey hoodie, and blue jeans. The second suspect was wearing a blue medical mask, grey toque, black jacket, and blue jeans.
The victim was not physically injured during the attack, and she is receiving support from Victim Services. People who may have witnessed the crime or businesses in the area with video evidence are asked to contact the Saskatoon Police or Crime Stoppers to assist in advancing the investigation.
