As of November 3rd, Saskatchewan’s first and only legal online gaming and sports betting site, PlayNow.com, will be available. From an operating agreement with SaskGaming, the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority will operate the site. SaskGaming’s President and CEO, Susan Flett, believes the timing is ideal, with Saskatchewan hosting this year’s Grey Cup in November.

SIGA’s President and CEO, Zane Hansen, says proceeds from PlayNow.com are reinvested back into the province, unlike other sites, and the site is one of the few in the world with dedicated responsible gaming specialists availab by live chat to support safer play online. As well, PlayNow has partnered with the Roughriders in a sponsorship agreement.The team began featuring the PlayNow logo on its jersey at last Saturday’s game (Oct22).
