Samsung Electronics Canada has strengthened its relationship with SaskTel by announcing that it will open a regional office in Regina.

With SaskTel planning on beginning deployment of its 5-G network on a limited basis by the end of this year, with wider deployment planned for 2022 in Saskatoon and Regina, Samsung’s new regional office will support that deployment of 5-G network capabilities and solutions in the provice.

Back in March, it was announced that Samsung would supply all hardware, software and associated expertise to deploy SaskTel’s 5-G solutions.
