As of 2:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) reported 55 wildfires burning in the province.

Of those, six are not contained, seven are contained, 35 are in ongoing assessment while the remaining seven are protecting values. So far in 2026, the SPSA says there have been 238 wildfires in Saskatchewan, down from 373 last year on this date and down from the five-year average of 316. The SPSA also reports that they are currently responding to seven flooding incidents. However, there are no evacuation incidents of any kind right now.
