The Saskatoon Police Service says a man was stabbed near a business at Preston Crossing on Thursday night.
The call came in from the 1700 block of Preston Avenue North around 10 p.m. and the 41-year-old victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers were given a suspect description of a male wearing a blue hoodie, jeans, white shoes, a blue and white hat and bag. A suspect was quickly rounded up, and the Saskatoon Police Service says the male was in possession of 37 Gabapentin pills at the time of arrest.
The Canine Unit was called in and a knife was located nearby.
A 15-year-old has been charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon and two counts of Breach of Probation.
