Ranch Snack Mix
Ingredients
* 3 cups Bugles (or 2 cups popped popcorn)
* 2 cups Cheerios
* 2 cups Shreddies
* 2 cups Crispix
* 2 cups Life cereal
* 2 cups mini crackers
* 2 cups Goldfish crackers
* 2 cups Chex cereal
* 2 cups Corn Squares
* 1 cup pretzels
Seasoning Mix
* ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
* ¼ cup cooking oil
* 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
* 2 tsp dill weed
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp celery salt
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine all cereals, crackers, and pretzels.
2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the cooking oil.
3. Drizzle the butter and oil mixture over the snack mix, stirring gently to coat.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, dill weed, garlic powder, and celery salt.
5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the snack mix a little at a time, mixing gently until evenly coated.
6. Taste as you go—you may not need all of the seasoning.
7. Store in an airtight container.
