The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers is going country with his upcoming solo album Thrasher, out August 21st.
Flowers says it’s not about leaving rock behind — he’s just making room for another musical influence, inspired by his father’s love of country music.

Country star Bailey Zimmerman is responding after an arrest warrant was issued for him.
He apologized to a hotel where he allegedly caused more than $16,000 in damage. He is also accused of behaving aggressively toward members of his band and spitting at security staff during the incident.
Through his attorney, Zimmerman says he takes full accountability and is committed to learning and growing from the situation.
