The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating a bear spray incident from last night.
Around 9:50 p.m. police were called to Fire Creek Gas Station across from St. Paul’s Hospital where several staff were suffering from the effects of bear spray.
They report that a woman had been in the store damaging items and was escorted outside by security guards.
She was handed bear spray by another male in the parking lot and returned, went inside the business, deployed the bear spray and fled the scene.
The suspect is described as wearing a red jacket and black pants.
