Lloydminster RCMP are investigating after a man was spotted pointing a firearm at passing vehicles, including a school bus.  

Wednesday at 8:37 a.m., RCMP received several complaints about the man. Police acted immediately and the area was briefly shut down while units arrested the man. An imitation firearm was seized at the scene. 

The investigation continues, and the man was released on conditions to appear in court on July 6. Charges of assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose are being considered.
