A suspect has been identified in a potential homicide investigation out of North Battleford.  

On April 28, at 4:00 p.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of an injured male in an alley behind a residence on 105 Street. 

The man was taken to hospital by EMS where he was later declared dead. He’s identified as 36-year-old Tyson Mosquito. 

Now, 21-year-old Tyson Cummer from North Battleford is charged with one count, second-degree murder, and a warrant is issued for his arrest.  

He is described as 5 feet ten inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown eyes, curly, black hair, with a large scar on his right arm.
