The Prince Albert Police Service is investigating a suspicious fire and firearm-related incident that took place Monday morning at a business in the city.
Around 5:19 a.m. police were dispatched to assist Prince Albert Fire Department at a structure fire in the 3300 block of 2nd Avenue West.
Police say the fire appeared to be concentrated at the front entrance of the building.
Police say surveillance footage indicates four people rolled up to the business in a silver vehicle with one male discharging what appears to be a modified firearm at the front door and then two more people got out of the vehicle, ignited improvised incendiary devices and threw them at the entrance starting the fire.
The suspects immediately fled the scene and while Prince Albert Police have located the vehicle believed to be involved they have not tracked down the suspects.
