The Regina Police Service has arrested two individuals following 14 thefts in the same block.
The first incident took place at a business in the 5000 block of 4th Avenue North on March 9. officers say two suspects entered the business, grabbed merchandise, and left without paying. Similar incidents took place multiple times throughout March and continued into April, with the final incident reported on April 8.
Through investigation, officers were able to identify those responsible, and at 3:15 p.m. on April 9, they were found in the area of Connaught Place and arrested.
On April 10th, 30-year-old Tia Cheekinew and 38-year-old Clayton McNabb made their first appearances on these charges in Regina Provincial Court.
