The Saskatoon Fire Department is still on the scene of wildland grass fire in the RM of Corman Park.
Crews were called to the fire off Highway 219 at 2:04 pm on Monday. Firefighters report seeing smoke and flames upon arrival.
Resources used include two specialized four-wheel drive wildland trucks, a water tanker, a fire engine and a command vehicle. Fire crews are using hose lines and the specialized wildland trucks to extinguish and contain the fire.
Crew members remain on scene as of 4:00p.m.
