If you’re someone who frequently picks up food at 7-Eleven, you might want to hold off for a while.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says all 7-Eleven sandwiches, subs, and wraps should be avoided due to Listeria contamination.
Affected products include the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap, the Japanese Style Egg Salad Sandwich, and the Turkey, Ham & Swiss Sub, among many others.
Impacted establishments reside in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.
The CFIA is now conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. The agency is verifying that industry is removing recalled products from the marketplace.
