Ham and Swiss Cheese Casserole
2 cups fusilli noodles
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 pepper
3/4 and 1/3 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
2 cups diced cooked ham
Paprika
Cook Pasta. Melt butter, stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add milk and seasonings, bring to boil stirring constantly and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Add 3/4 cups cheese and stir until smooth. Add a little sauce to beaten egg. Mix well and return to saucepan. Add diced ham and noodles. Mix together. Place mixture into greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese and bake at 350F about 20 minutes.
